Videographer

Our Videographer will plan, capture, edit and deliver high-quality video content across digital, social, campaigns, events and internal communications. Working closely with the Marketing team, you'll showcase our clubs, members and community, support new club launches and brand campaigns, and create content that reflects Revo's energy, purpose and personality. Produce content that showcases the Revo brand, member experience, clubs, people and community. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and campaign objectives are met. Maintain production equipment, digital assets and editing workflows to support efficient content creation. What you'll be doing? Video Production Plan, film, edit and deliver high-quality video content across digital, social, paid media, internal communications and events. Produce content that showcases the Revo brand, member experience, clubs, people and community. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and campaign objectives are met. Maintain production equipment, digital assets and editing workflows to support efficient content creation. Creative Development Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy. Storyboard, script and recommend visual approaches that maximise audience engagement. Identify emerging content trends, formats and production techniques to keep Revo's content fresh and relevant. Ensure all content reflects Revo's brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards. Content & Campaign Delivery Create video content that supports marketing campaigns, club launches, product initiatives and member engagement. Capture content across clubs, events and activations, travelling as required to support business priorities. Produce platform-specific content optimised for social media, web, paid advertising and internal channels. About You Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent. Strong understanding of videography principles including lighting, composition, sound recording, camera operation and post-production techniques. Photography experience with the ability to shoot stills, is essential, animation as a complementary skill is highly regarded and preferred. Experience creating content optimised for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid media and websites. Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated interest or experience using automation, AI and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows is an advantage. Experience capturing authentic lifestyle, fitness, community or people-focused content will be highly regarded. Who is Revo?
