Community Tap & Pizza is hiring a full-time bartender in downtown Fort Dodge. We’re a third-generation, family-owned bar and restaurant celebrating our 50th year, voted best pizza in the area for about a decade running. Our bar is the kind of place where regulars know each other’s drinks and new faces feel welcome, and we need someone who can carry that energy behind the rail.

You’ll run the bar during your shifts, which means pouring drafts, mixing cocktails, opening and closing properly, managing tabs, and keeping the space clean and stocked. You’ll work tight with the kitchen and servers during weekend rushes, read the room with regulars and newcomers alike, and handle the occasional tough situation with patience and good judgment.

We want someone reliable, friendly, and genuinely interested in hospitality as a craft. Prior bartending experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with strong serving experience and the right attitude. Must be 21 or older, comfortable on your feet for long shifts, quick with basic math, and available evenings and weekends. Iowa requires I-PACT alcohol server training, and if you don’t have it yet we’ll help you get it.
