Overview Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our experienced Orthopedic Hand Surgery team covering Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA and our Chesapeake office. The Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside an experienced/collaborative orthopedic team to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring orthopedic services. Schedule 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. One night a week on call, one weekend a month Average daily patient load of 10-20, shared across a larger orthopedic team Daily Duties Provide inpatient and outpatient services under the guidance of physicians in a team‑based approach with support from a highly skilled group of orthopedic providers. Work in an integrated Hand Center with in‑office therapy, digital X‑ray, and procedure room.
