Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer - OMI Specialist
Intel
Intel is seeking a semiconductor device modeling engineer to support compact modeling for next‑generation technologies. You will join the Compact Device Modeling Group (CDMG) within the Design Technology Platform, collaborating with design and process teams to enable state-of-the-art devices for data-centric applications. Requirements include Electrical Engineering degrees and Python scripting experience. Familiarity with BSIM-CMG, OMI, and circuit simulators like HSPICE/Spectre is expected, #J-18808-Ljbffr Intel
