Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their goals.

Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living activities.

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.

Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their loved ones with knowledge and tools to support their continued progress outside of therapy.

Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Keep track of clinical outcomes while making necessary adjustments to treatment to keep patients on track with their goals.

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
