Supervisor Care Coordination – Rancho Park Veterinary Clinic We need a Supervisor, Care Coordination who ensures a professional, courteous, and efficient experience for our clients, manages phone calls, client payments and ensures that hospital policies for care coordination are followed. The Supervisor also guides the Care Coordinators (CCRs) and steps in as a care coordinator during staffing shortages. Position Overview In this role you will lead the team of Care Coordinator Representatives (CCRs), maintain exceptional customer service, and oversee daily front‑desk operations for the veterinary hospital in Los Angeles. Your passion for animals, multitasking ability, and strong leadership in a fast‑paced environment will be essential for the well‑being of our patients, clients, and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, time‑reporting, enforcement of company policies, and communication of practices and policies. Schedule care coordinators per staffing needs and serve as a care coordinator when required. Receive and address client complaints and concerns regarding care coordination; escalating issues to the Hospital Manager as needed. Maintain specialist scheduling and manage changes. Count cash, balance daily transactions, and make change as needed. Process refunds, returns, and credits per location. Organize and process all payment plans and held checks, obtaining approvals as necessary. Prepare bi-monthly billing statements, collections, and end‑of‑month closing reports as required. Serve as backup to the Hospital Manager for maintenance or building issue resolution. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications 5 years of experience in care coordination with 2 years of leadership experience. Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Open availability and Saturdays required.
