Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Home Health RN Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health to provide care in Battle Creek, Michigan and surrounding areas. The position offers an ongoing schedule of approximately 32 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Perform clinical assessments and provide quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely charting. Drive to patient locations, spending approximately 20% of the day on transportation. Self‑manage time and schedule to meet critical deadlines. Use tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software for patient documentation. Qualifications RN license in the state of practice. Graduate of an approved practical nursing school. At least one year of RN experience and clinical competence. Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to patient locations.
