Charge Nurse - Full-Time 3rd Shift

Full-time 12‑hour Shift Role

6:00PM - 6:00AM

Job Description The RN Charge Nurse is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. The RN Charge Nurse assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. The RN Charge Nurse provides day‑to‑day support to the Nursing staff to ensure that resident care is carried out in accordance with Smith Village policies, procedures and standards.
