Housekeeper Position – Regular Maintenance (Winter Garden) This is a regular maintenance position, not heavy deep cleaning. The goal is to keep the home clean, organized, and running smoothly for a busy family routine. Location: Winter Garden, near Sunridge School Schedule: 2x per week (Monday and Thursday) • 3-hour shifts (8–11am or 9–12pm) Pay:

• $18 per hour
• $55 per shift (3 hours)
• $110 per week

⸻ Main Tasks:

• General house organization
• Basic cleaning of main areas
• Laundry: washing, drying, folding, and putting away
• Kitchen: unload dishwasher, load dirty dishes, clean counters
• Bathrooms: clean toilet and sink with wipes/cleaning products
• Living areas: tidy sofa and toys, run the robot vacuum after picking items off the floor

⸻ Planned Routine (3 hours per shift):

1. Start (15 min): start laundry (wash/dry)
2. House organization (45 min): dishes, put items away, surfaces, run robot vacuum
3. Basic cleaning (45 min): kitchen, bathrooms, living/playroom
4. Laundry (30 min): fold and put away clothes

5. Deep cleaning rotation (45 min):

• Monday: refrigerator or one room deep clean
• Thursday: stove, microwave, or one room deep clean

6. Wrap-up (15 min): take out trash, quick house check ⸻ Extra Tasks:

• Wash floor cloths: once a week
• Wash bath towels: every 15 days
• Wash bed linens: once a month
