The AWS Data Center Design Engineering - BIM & AI Technologies team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered design automation programs for AWS's global data center infrastructure. In this role, you will own complex, cross-functional programs that bring generative AI capabilities to architects, engineers, construction managers, and facility operators, transforming how data center design documentation is created, validated, and delivered at scale.You will work at the intersection of Building Information Modeling (BIM), generative AI, and cloud-based platforms, partnering with product managers, software engineers, applied scientists, and Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Ownership (AECO) domain experts to plan, execute, and launch programs that accelerate facility design workflows. You will translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into structured execution plans, drive cross-organizational alignment, and ensure AI-powered features maintain the high trust bar that engineering professionals demand. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
