Sr Application Engineer
Job Description
Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment. 4+ years of manufacturing experience (machining environments), ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries. Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect). Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts. Understanding of ISO standards. Ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with 30% travel.
The Successful Applicant
Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000 USD. A bonus paid out around 8-13% based off company and personal metrics. 3 weeks of PTO, additional sick days, and holidays. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance. Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
