RN Registered Nurse Supervisor We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long‑term care. Shift Options Full Time – Day Shift (Salaried) Full Time – 1 pm‑9 pm (Salaried) Part Time – 7 pm‑7 am Pay Negotiable Opportunities for Advancement Prior Long Term Care Experience (Required) Responsibilities Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status. Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff. Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy. Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed. Qualifications Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as a Registered Nurse. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
