Are you an experienced dental front office professional looking for a welcoming private practice where you can be part of a great team?
Our established private dental practice in Staten Island, NY is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong dental experience who is confident handling patient communication, scheduling, insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.
**This is a SOLO front office role - so previous dental experience is Required**

Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Half-day Saturdays
Responsibilities
As a key member of our front office team, you will:
- Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance processing
- Handle billing, payments, and patient accounts
- Assist with treatment coordination and administrative tasks
- Help ensure every patient has an excellent experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience is required
- 5+ years of dental administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
