I came across your profile and wanted to share an exciting opportunity for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with one of our leading clients, Los Angeles, CA .
Position: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter II) (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: Up to $35/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, R&D, and other technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill multiple technical requisitions.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed, Dice, Handshake, and similar platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (or 7+ years with a High School Diploma).
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defense, or Technology organizations.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and direct sourcing experience.
- Experience managing 10+ active requisitions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
