Emergency Room Registered Nurse

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized emergency care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Deliver high-quality, family-centered nursing services while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement emergency nursing care for pediatric patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment and interventions. Administer medications, IVs, and perform procedures specific to pediatric emergency care. Document patient information accurately using Meditech or similar systems. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies. Assist in managing triage, admissions, and discharges within the emergency department. Qualifications: Hold an active Texas RN license; temporary licenses are not accepted. Possess at least 2 years of recent pediatric emergency department experience. Maintain current BLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications. Demonstrate strong assessment skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
