Responsibilities What You'll Do As A Canyon Ranch Colleague: Deliver high-quality racquet sports instruction Create engaging guest experiences Keep indoor and outdoor courts clean, organized, and safe; oversee equipment care and ordering as needed. Ensure safety at all times Demonstrate Canyon Ranch service standard Qualifications What You'll Need To Be Successful: 3–5 years of racquet sports instruction experience Associate degree or equivalent training — Two-year degree or specialized training required. CPR/AED certification — Must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Professional racquet sports certification: Tennis: USPTA Certified Professional (or equivalent) within 90 days Pickleball: PPR Teaching Professional (or equivalent) within 90 days Exceptional guest-service skills High attention to safety and detail Team-oriented and adaptable Flexible availability What You'll Receive As A Canyon Ranch Colleague: Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
