Assistant Store Manager – Del Amo Fashion Center (Torrance, CA) Emilia George is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Del Amo location. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships with customers, developing teams, driving sales, and creating an exceptional in‑store experience. What You’ll Do: Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve store goals. Lead by example on the sales floor and provide outstanding customer service. Coach, train, and motivate associates to deliver results. Support hiring, onboarding, and team development. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and daily store operations. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is beautifully presented. Oversee inventory management, shipment processing, and replenishment. Handle customer concerns professionally and create positive resolutions. Open and close the store as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous retail leadership experience preferred. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
