In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned tractors and trailers — helping keep our operations safe, efficient, and on the road. You’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance to more complex repairs like brakes, clutches, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.\nIf you’re driven to be the best at what you do, take pride in your work, and enjoy a hands-on role with variety every day, this is the opportunity for you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n Perform preventative maintenance and general repair on tractors and trailers.\n Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, suspension, clutch, and A/C systems.\n Conduct tire rotations, alignments, and inspections.\n Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.\n Assist with shop and yard duties as needed.\n Always follow safe and professional work practices.\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.\n Proficiency using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.\n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n Comfortable with physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.\n High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications preferred).\n Clean driving record/MVR.\n Flexibility for ad hoc or after-hours needs when required.\n\n\nWhat’s in It for You\n\n Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability\n 401(k) with company match\n Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays\n Consistent schedule with occasional overtime opportunities\n Tool purchasing program\n Referral bonuses & growth opportunities\n Employee assistance program\n Company engagement activities — we work hard and celebrate success together!\n\n\nWork Environment\nThis position is primarily based in our shop/garage, working on company-owned equipment. Some tasks may require work in the yard.
