Dream Studio Creative | Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Remote) Dream Studio Creative is a boutique creative studio/agency specializing in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, email marketing, creative direction and design for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and restaurant brands. We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and motivated Creative Marketing Coordinator to become an important part of our growing team. This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity based in Nashville with plenty of room to grow as the agency expands. Hours 8–12 flexible hours per week Hybrid (primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and photoshoots in Nashville) Very flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability for photoshoots Pay Starting at $20/hour Opportunity for additional hours and growth as Dream Studio continues to expand. What You’ll Be DoingSocial Media Management Social Media Management Write engaging Instagram captions Schedule and publish content Manage daily Instagram Stories Organize content libraries Assist with monthly content planning Influencer Marketing Research influencers Conduct outreach Follow up on collaborations Coordinate gifting campaigns Track influencer partnerships Organize influencer spreadsheets Email Marketing Brainstorm monthly campaign ideas Draft subject lines and preview text Assist with email planning and organization Conduct light research for promotions and seasonal campaigns Photoshoots & Creative Support Occasionally assist at Nashville photoshoots by: Capturing behind-the-scenes content Organizing products and samples Assisting with styling and setup Helping ensure shoots run smoothly What We’re Looking For Highly organized Reliable Creative Detail-oriented A self-starter Comfortable working independently Passionate about marketing and social media Excited to learn and grow Bonus Skills (Not required) Canva Meta Business Suite Later/ Instories Shopify Klaviyo or Mailchimp Photography Content Creation TikTok Instagram Adobe Creative Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr Dream Studio Creative
