What We're Looking For:

• HCA certification (CNA license preferred)
• Caregiving experience: 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time
• Strong communication and a compassionate heart
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Current TB test
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity
• Ability to pass background checks

What You'll Do:

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
• Prepare meals and give medication reminders
• Follow safety protocols in emergencies
• Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness
