House Supervisor - Registered Nurse

Location: Pasco, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 18:00 - 06:30

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor to oversee nursing activities and ensure high-quality patient care within our facility. The ideal candidate will manage staff operations, assist with patient care coordination, and support unit performance while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and support patient care within the assigned unit.
• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among staff.
• Monitor patient ratios and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in staff training and orientation.
• Conduct assessments and address patient needs with a focus on quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with house supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in emergency department or ICU is a plus.
