**Call Center Specialist** Oklahoma City, OK Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm High-Volume Call Center Environment **Make a Difference with Every Call** Manpower is seeking a customer-focused **Call Center Specialist** to support Medicare members through outbound and inbound phone communications. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service, answer questions, support plan-related communications, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication and customer service skills. **Key Responsibilities** + Place a high volume of outbound calls to Medicare members regarding upcoming plan changes. + Handle inbound calls and provide professional, courteous customer service. + Accurately document all member interactions in the call tracking system. + Resolve member questions and concerns efficiently and effectively. + Maintain real-time agent status and call activity reporting. + Process workflow referrals and ensure timely follow-up. + Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all compliance requirements. + Meet attendance, schedule, and performance expectations. + Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed. **Recent Qualifications** + Minimum one (1) year of experience in: + Customer service, OR + Call center operations, OR + Clerical/administrative office support **OR** + An equivalent combination of education and experience.
