Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients. Ability to relate to a culturally diverse group of patients and community. Ability to develop teaching and counseling sessions, as needed. Ability to adapt to changing situations and circumstances. Willingness and ability to assume and delegate the needs of clinic patients, as a member of the health care team.
