Product Manager – Paid Membership RetentionSubmission deadline for interview selection is 10/03 @3PM CT. This team is required to work with individuals across the company to help their strategies come to life, having a unique opportunity to build a strong and robust network organically.Project Description:As a Product Manager – Paid Membership Retention, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention for Best Buy’s paid membership programs. To do this, you will build strategies that align with higher level company strategy, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, implement and track performance of initiatives. You will engage in customer research to see and solve customer problems and execute data-driven prioritization.This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to one of our Best Buy corporate offices in Richfield, MN, Atlanta, GA, Boston, GA or Seattle, WA.
