Job Term: Contract-W2 (4 months)

Job Description

The Temporary Paid Media Campaign Specialist supports the execution of international paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role focuses on coordinating creative assets, building traffic workbooks and tracking codes, validating campaign setup, and supporting media partnerships in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies while independently driving projects forward with minimal oversight.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with experience handling creative assets, tracking requirements, and campaign documentation.
• High attention to detail, particularly with campaign naming conventions, links, tracking codes, and trafficking instructions.
• Ability to work both collaboratively across teams and independently with limited oversight, taking ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, missing information, or potential delays before they impact campaign launches.
• Clear and concise communication skills for effective coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working with digital media, marketing campaigns, and basic media operations or trafficking processes.
• Adaptability and comfort with changing priorities, promotions, and ad hoc requests.
• Curiosity and technical comfort with learning media platforms, analytics tools, and tracking processes.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience supporting paid media or digital marketing campaigns, especially in an international context, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with media platforms, campaign trafficking, and performance tracking is a strong plus.
• Interest in analytics, measurement, and understanding how tracking codes and links support campaign reporting.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment that blends remote work with on-site collaboration.
• Enthusiasm for learning about the travel and cruise industry and how media campaigns support brand growth.
