About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting to establish and lead a high-performing technical recruiting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across various technical roles, including engineering, AI/ML, data, product, and technical leadership. This role is pivotal in partnering with executive leadership and technical teams to develop and implement effective hiring strategies, processes, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition leadership, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier technical talent. Experience in building recruiting functions from the ground up, particularly in startup or high-growth environments, is essential. Key responsibilities for the Head of Technical Recruiting include building scalable recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks, as well as owning recruiting operations, metrics, and pipeline forecasting. The role demands a hands-on approach, exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with urgency and high accountability. While not mandatory, experience in healthcare, clinical, or health-tech recruiting is a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to raise the hiring bar across the organization and help mentor the recruiting function over time.
