Your Impact as Nurse Manager

In this leadership role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional patient care and team performance. You’ll lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating nursing care delivery on your assigned unit/shift
Ensuring all patient care activities meet the highest standards
Assigning and supporting nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
Identifying staff development needs and partnering on training initiatives
Leading with positivity— celebrating patient milestones and team wins
Serving as a key decision-maker for patient care and operational success

What You Bring

Active RN license (state compliant)
BLS certification (ACLS required within 1 year)
CRRN certification (to be obtained when eligible)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years recent inpatient hospital experience
Proven leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Lead, or similar role)
Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and drive results

Schedule Details

Full-time Evening shift (1p-10p)
On-call and weekend rotation as needed
