What You'll Be DoingAs a Prep Cook at Mamma Onesta's South, you'll play a key role in creating the delicious dishes our guests love. Your responsibilities will include:

- Following food safety standards and kitchen protocols.
- Assisting with basic cooking tasks as needed.
