General Comments: MCP Rehabilitation Therapy Services consist of 1. Physical Therapy; 2. Occupational Therapy; 3. Speech Therapy. All three departments serve an acute care hospital (trauma level 1, neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, burn, oncology, ortho & spine floors @ 600 beds) and inpatient rehabilitation (40 beds).

Floating Requirement: None

Must work 2 weekend shifts a month as rotation

Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Acute Care Hospital skills & Inpatient Rehab - PT, OT, ST Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. PT Must have at least 1-year experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings OT - Must have at least 1-year experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings ST - Must have at least 2 years of full-time acute care hospital (Level 1 Trauma preferred) or LTAC experience. Must be highly skilled at the completion of modified barium swallow studies Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. In general candidates whose work history consists solely of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)and/or Outpatient settings and/or Pediatrics or School setting will not be considered.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): 1 on 1 providing PT (or OT or ST) treatments to patients ST in addition ST needs to complete MBSS studies in radiology
