Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Lithonia, GA! This is a 3+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Lithonia, GA 30058 Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM , Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Hours per Week: 37.5 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $21-23/hour (Based on years of experience & education) Key Responsibilities: Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques. Perform pediatric, geriatric, and routine adult blood collections. Label and process specimens accurately following Quest Diagnostics procedures. Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen identification. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring patient comfort. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required Experience with: Pediatric collections Geriatric collections Capillary collections Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
