Data Engineering Manager

Overview

Seeking a technical leader to oversee enterprise data solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and deliver scalable platforms that support analytics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering projects from design through implementation
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions
• Mentor technical team members and promote development best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Improve automation, data quality, and operational efficiency
• Maintain technical documentation, governance, and standards

Requirements

• 6 years of data engineering or data platform experience
• 2 years of technical leadership or project management experience
• Strong experience with data integration, modeling, and automation
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern cloud-based data environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience leading enterprise data initiatives
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or business intelligence solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed data processing
