Title : Switchgear Assembler - LV
Location : East Dallas, TX (West of Mesquite)

Contract-to-Hire
Shift : 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Compensation : $20–$24/hr

Overview:
We are seeking motivated and hands-on Low Voltage Switchgear Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team supporting power distribution and protection systems. This role is responsible for assembling switchgear cabinets and electrical components in a fast-paced production environment using hand tools, power tools, and wiring techniques. Candidates should be comfortable working in a large manufacturing facility, performing mechanical assembly tasks, and supporting production ramp-up efforts. Job Duties:

• Assemble switchgear cabinets and enclosure components according to specifications and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, impacts, torque wrenches, grinders, and screwdrivers
• Perform basic wiring and electrical assembly tasks
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0–2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with wiring tasks
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be able to start immediately
