NAJO Consulting is growing, and we're looking to add to our team.
We are hiring a part-time Sales Account Manager to support our sales and client relations efforts. This is a hybrid position combining remote work with in-person responsibilities, including relationship building, event attendance, client follow-ups, and on-site house visits. Flexible scheduling offered. Possibility to become a full time role.
Requirements:
Must reside in or around Westchester County
Must be able to travel to NYC for occasional events
Reliable transportation required
Spanish fluency is a plus
Knowledge of construction is a plus
Duties:
Must be ambitious and self-motivated to drive sales
Reach out to customers and prospects via email, phone, and in person
Engage with homeowners to nurture leads and generate new business
Create new opportunities through community outreach, event attendance, etc.
Understand customers' vision/needs and help with job definition and estimates
Collaborate with management, foremen, project managers to support business success
