Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to neurology and neurosurgery patients, utilizing the NIH stroke scale.
• Float between units as required to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during every clinical interaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and compliance training.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington or Compact state.
• 1 year of experience in telemetry or a related field.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience managing telemetry, dysrhythmias, and neuro stepdown patients.
• Ability to work every other weekend and flexible scheduling as needed.
