Summary We are seeking to add a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team in North Platte, NE. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, showcasing available units, and ensuring a smooth leasing process between multiple properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Job Duties Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone Focuses on leasing, resident retention, and 100% occupancy Collects rent from tenants, issues 7-day notices, and coordinates move-ins and move-outs Uses marketing and social media tools to build business Maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times Maintains the phone systems by taking all calls within three rings. Responds to customers’ needs and informs maintenance or management of any tenant issues/repairs, while providing updates to the customer.
