Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health and develop individualized treatment plans that address immediate and long-term needs.

• Utilize applicable therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or others) to provide tailored individual therapy sessions, ensuring the focus remains on promoting personal growth.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor and document client progress to ensure accountability and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients with access challenges or preferences for virtual sessions, expanding the reach of our services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism are upheld.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities and clinical supervision, enhancing your skills and expertise in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n
