Option for 4-10hr or 5-8hr shifts per week.Position Summary:The Custodian supports the upkeep and cleanliness of Kualoa Ranch's facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff. This position is responsible for routine janitorial services and general facility upkeep, including restroom sanitation, floor care, waste removal, and minor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and provides excellent customer service when interacting with guests and residents.Key Responsibilities:Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, and public areas throughout the daySweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned interior and exterior areasEmpty waste containers and replace liners in designated locationsClean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfacesPerform light maintenance and general repair work as assignedReplenish restroom supplies and report inventory needsSupport event setup, cleanup, and other facilities-related tasksProvide friendly and respectful customer service to guests and residential tenantsMinimum Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving record requiredPrior janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferredMust be able to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliabilityExcellent interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and tenantsMust be able to lift and carry 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditionsPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including sun, rain, and windRequires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the dayMay work around cleaning chemicals, high-traffic guest areas, and uneven surfacesMust be comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks dailyKualoa Ranch Hawai'i is a proud equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
