Requirements FIXED Job ID #: Not listed · Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists/day 15–18 CRNAs/day no AAs. CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction at no more than a 4:1 ratio. · Coverage Type: Full Time · Schedule Details: 10-hour shift 7:00 AM–5:30 PM 3–6 month assignment with possible extension. Vacation coverage: 8-hour shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM 3–6 month assignment with possible extension schedule discussed with Chief CRNA. No CRNA call. Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required. Candidate will be floating between the 3 facilities: DuBois Clearfield and Brookville. Work Details: · Facility Type: Hospital also includes a CRNA-led endoscopy center. · Practice Setting: 11 ORs 2 hospital GI suites 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center bronchoscopy lab and cath lab. · EMR/Charting Software: Cerner. · Avg. Daily Census: Approximately 40 anesthesia cases/day including endoscopy. Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment examples include 10–15 GI cases 6–8 cystoscopies or 3–4 general cases. · Patient Age Group: Adult and pediatric cases pediatrics not required but helpful. · Procedures: General ENT with peds GYN OB plastics endoscopy urology ortho vascular cardiothoracic and neuro. Vascular neuro and thoracic experience preferred. OB optional. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs. Requirements: · Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NBCRNA · State Licenses: PA · Certifications: ACLS · CSR Req’d: NA · DEA Req’d?: NA · Years of Experience Req’d: 1-2 preferred Credentialing Timeframe: 3–4 weeks provided the provider completes all required documents.
