Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland, OH
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a contract position in Med/Surg Telemetry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and implementing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have at least 18 months of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license at the time of submission.
- Reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for is required.
