What Youll Do:

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data integrity security privacy and regulatory compliance across all systems and processes.

• Lead the development of analytics and reporting solutions that translate data into actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making and improved patient and operational outcomes.

• Ensure accurate data collection validation and reporting for quality programs while partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement clinical quality and evidence-based care.

• Lead and develop the data team while promoting organizational adoption of data-driven practices through training collaboration and alignment with mission vision and values.

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Health Informatics Data Analytics Information Technology or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education OR a minimum of 6 years of directly relevant experience in healthcare data analytics or informatics roles in lieu of a degree.

• 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management analytics or reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Demonstrated ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports.

• Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL queries in a production environment.
