Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $552,000 to $599,000, depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $45,000; relocation assistance between $15,000 and $25,000.
• Additional service incentives of up to $100,000 over five years for fellows or $60,000 over three years for experienced physicians.
• Generous paid time off: 45 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
