What you’ll do As an Audit Partner, you’ll: Lead the firm’s assurance practice and strategic growth initiatives Serve as Engagement Partner on complex audit engagements Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships Advise executive leadership on accounting, governance, and risk matters Maintain the highest standards of audit quality and professional excellence Develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship Drive business development and market expansion Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives Foster a culture focused on integrity, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement What we’re looking for Active CPA license 12+ years of progressive public accounting experience Extensive experience leading audit engagements Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting Proven success in business development and practice growth Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills Passion for developing talent and building high‑performing teams Preferred Existing client relationships or book of business Experience serving public companies Cross‑border business experience Why join ZH CPA?
