As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping products moving safely and efficiently from our facility to customers.What You'll DoOperate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlySelect products from warehouse racks, palletize, shrink-wrap and stage orders for shipmentCoordinate and assist with inbound and outbound deliveriesSupport inventory activities, including cycle countsMaintain a clean, organized and safe warehouseFollow all safety procedures, SOPs and quality standardsWork effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesTroubleshoot issues and adapt to changing business needsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll BringMust be 18 years or older1+ year of warehouse experienceForklift experience preferredBasic computer and math skillsAbility to read, write and follow verbal and written instructionsStrong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and take on new responsibilitiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 60 poundsFrequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and climbingAbility to work in hot and cold environments and areas where dust or chemicals may be presentAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Why Land O'Lakes?
