Job Summary
We are seeking a talented line cook to join our expanding team! We are a new company in Stillwater, Oklahoma, focused on superb customer service with quality work, commitment and integrity. Be eager to work closely, learn and grow with the executive food and beverage team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and efficient kitchen always. We will focus on consistency, quality, and exceptional customer service with strong company growth potential.  
In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in creating menus according to season and customer research
• Prepare, plate food, and present quality dishes in an appealing manner
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the executive chef or management 
• Maintain a clean and efficient ran workspace
• Regulate pars on product

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 40 pounds
