Requirements
- License: Current nursing license
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a critical care setting

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
- Utilize independent judgment in patient care decisions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions as needed.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
