Payroll and HR Specialist

Payroll & HR Specialist - Kennebunk, ME Our client, a growing hospitality organization, is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to support payroll processing, employee administration, and HR operations across multiple locations. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll activities, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities Process payroll and support related reporting and recordkeeping activities. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative functions. Support benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and reconciliations. Assist with employee documentation, compliance activities, and internal audits. Respond to payroll and HR-related inquiries from employees and management. Support reporting, process improvements, and special projects as needed. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of key initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience required. Experience supporting both payroll and human resources functions. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.
