Job Overview
The key responsibilities of this role include driving a forklift, receiving & processing different flooring materials, inventory control, and loading material onto the vehicles of our subcontracted flooring installers.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process flooring products by unloading trucks
- Prepare and complete flooring orders for pickup by subcontractors
- Measure, cut and label flooring products
- Perform inventory control and other inventory-related activities
- Load subcontractor vehicles with material and supplies for customer orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Will be lifting products that weigh up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior warehouse job experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Forklift experience, a plus! But not required we will train you!
Ability to perform basic math functions in order to measure products
Inventory, cycle counts, receiving and related experience
Must be able to lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis
