Job Title: Associate Customer Service Rep

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Springfield, IL, 62704

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

• Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
• Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
• Enter orders into SAP when PO received
• Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
• Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
• Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
• Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
• Data Entry experience.

Educational requirement:

• High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
