Full Time Manual Labor Huntsville, TX, US Salary Range: $25.00 To $27.00 Annually Reports To: Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office. Responsibilities and Duties: Safely operate around 150 miles of home Complete daily pre and post trip inspections Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations Carry out other duties as needed or instructed Shift/Schedule: Home Daily Monday-Friday Additional hours may be needed Shift is 10-12 Hours Who doesn't like to get paid weekly?
