In this flexible part-time Registered Behavior Technician position, you’ll work one-on-one with children, help them build life-changing skills, and be supported by a team that truly values you. Tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities Fun, supportive team culture with events and outings Meaningful work where you’ll see real progress every day What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills Implementbehavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT Track progress and collect session data accurately Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBTtraining and support What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and helping others succeed Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus Willingness to complete RBTtraining and pass the exam within 90 days Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Current RBTcertification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there) Equal Opportunity Employer Hello ABA celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
